Approximately 40 miles east of Prague, you will find Kutna Hora, a town full of architectural and historical treasures. Take a walk around and discover the history of this town, a town was called the jewel and the treasury of the Czech country, and that, some centuries ago, competed with Prague economically, culturally and politically. .During high middle-ages half of the silver in Europe originated from the mines in Kutná Hora, that is why the Czech kingdom was one of the most powerful kingdoms of that time. Since 1995, the city center has been a UNESCO world heritage site Today, the original atmosphere radiates from every single street, from every house and church. They all represent pieces of history, which, put together, create an extraordinary picture of the past.
